We can ship to all of the United States and Canada.
When you place an order, we will send you a delivery tracking number for you to track your shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We pack each case in it's own box first. The treats in each case are layered with wax paper and bubble wrap between each row to protect against breakage. We then pack the cases into a large box which is filled with packing peanuts.
Damaged Product Policy
We ask that you report any damaged treats within 3 days of receiving your order. Please tell us how many treats are damaged and please send us a photo of the damage. We will credit you for your next order.
